I would save all the cats and dogs I can. We live in an HOA community. They do not value any cats outside. I rescued 2 cats and they live with me and rescued a few pups around this area. But this area is high traffic. Everyone should keep pets indoors.

I would choose Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Angel Canyon Utah because of the generosity they have and love for animals. They are the greatest. They want all animals
to be adopted.
