After many years of excellent credit, some medically related issues rendered me insolvent. In preparation for filing bankruptcy, I was required to complete a "course" in credit counseling. This site was very easy to follow and very user friendly. At the end, one must complete an interactive interview.

Needless to say, this is a very stressful time. When I called, I was fortunate to speak with a lovely representative by the name of Yadira Diaz. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. What a wonderful "face" for your company! Please give her my thanks for making a difficult situation easier.
