As a former dual-manager at Second Chance I can say that they are one of the most caring, supportive organizations I have ever worked for. They are invested in their staff and provide opportunity and training for advancement not only professional but personally as well! In my current employment role I continue to work in partnership with Second Chance to place deserving individuals with employment and training opportunities so that they too can have their "Second Chance"!
