Review for Aids Service Center Of Lower Manhattan Inc, New York, NY, USA
AID Service Center on NYC is inspiring, especially the way that they help people with AIDS and other chronic illnesses stay healthy and independent with self-respect. Their Peer Leader program is exceptional with so many 'survive and thrive' success stories. They are truly a social change agency - creating a positive difference in lives and communities.
Review for Support Center For Nonprofit Management Inc, New York, NY, USA
I have been a workshop participant, advisor, and a volunteer trainer at the Support Center/Partnership in Philanthropy, and love that there is a nonprofit committed to developing the staff and Boards of NYC's nonprofits. Their interim executive leadership course is improving nonprofit management and has had a positive impact on my career.

Review for Dream Charter School, New York, NY, USA
I am so proud to serve on this school's Board of Trustees. The leadership and staff are such dedicated educational professionals and are engaging families in East Harlem for student success. They support every child and inspire them to realize their potential and DREAMs.
Review for Leave Out Violence Love U S Inc, Los Angeles, CA, USA
So thrilled that this Canadian nonprofit is in NYC. They are reducing and eliminating violence in the lives youth. It started by using photography, but has grown into other mediums. Love how they are creating a safe space and a voice to teens.
Review for AMERICAN FOUNDATION FOR THE BLIND INC, New York, NY, USA
American Foundation for the Blind (AFB) provides an enormous breath of disability services, but I am most impressed with how they have used their websites to provide valuable resources, build communities, and help families, professionals and job seekers.
