I met Silvia 13 years ago when I adopted my kittie Raine from her organization Octavio Feline Foundation! Since then, I have gotten to know the tireless work she does to help and care for all types of animals! Her organization is her passion and her knowledge and expertise in animal care is remarkable!

Have A Heart, Inc. is one of the most, if not the most, responsible, compassionate rescue I have ever worked with. They put their heart, soul, blood, sweat and tears into each and everyone one of their rescues. They don't rescue just the easy to adopt and healthy animals, they take on animals that need extensive medical treatments and training. They never give up on an animal! I respect and love them for everything they do!

I actually found out about The Mosby Foundation when I was involved with a rescue organization. The Mosby Foundation helped finance the medical care of a dog that was in really bad shape. Since then I have kept in touch and followed The Foundation, and see the work that they are involved in and am a big supporter! The Mosby Foundation cares about the well being of all animals as well as the people that love them!
