My "inner greenie" began to emerge when I was in my teens, and in the many years since that time, I have found the Center for Biological Diversity to one of the best organizations out there - educated, informed, proactive, championing for well known and barely known species alike. I've seen groups come and go, and my support for several has diminished over time, but never for CBD. They keep their readers/supporters well informed, and provide many opportunities for involvement in various actions they are taking. Were both in this for the long haul.
