Review for Soldiers' Angels, San Antonio, TX, USA
SA is a great organization. Although they do have a minimum $1 fee it's to validate identity to ensure people aren't using aliases. Apparently there were many people wanting deployed soldiers information and using it as a dating service. The new reports and other things implemented have been a pain but knowing why they do it, it's all for the good of the troops.
