Review for Community United Effort (CUE), Wilmington, NC, USA
I have been honored to serve as a volunteer for CUE since 2008 and have seen so much impact made for the families of the missing.
CUE is an all volunteer organization who relies on private donations to be prepared to serve the missing persons community in any capacity. No one is paid to do the work we do, it is all time and talent given from the heart. Not only does CUE impact the families, but also each and every one of us who have been a part of the organization.

As a volunteer since 2008 I've seen first-hand the impact this organization has made for missing persons and their families. Through the network of volunteers, each case is worked professionally, the missing and their families are advocated, and searches are performed by teams with the best resources.
Each year, except during the pandemic, CUE Center hosts a National Missing Persons conference where everyone gathers for presentations, classes, and socialization. It's a safe haven for families to be with each other and know they are not on this journey alone.
The organization offers back to the community through internships, mentorships, training seminars and community service opportunities. Under the leadership of Monica Caison, CUE Center has evolved into the premier organization that serves the missing and their loved ones.
Anyone searching for a place to volunteer your time and talent can be assured there is a place for you here!

Review for Community United Effort (CUE), Wilmington, NC, USA
For the last 12 years I have been honored to volunteer for CUE Center for Missing Persons and give my time and talent to the mission. Not only does the organization search for the missing, but advocates for the families, reaches out to communities, and educates the public about the epidemic of missing persons. CUE is an invaluable tool for law enforcement and consistently compliments their work on missing persons cases by providing expertise, equipment, and personnel.
Operating strictly on donations, the organization efficiently gathers resources to benefit each registered case as needed. Without these resources, many families would be left in the dark with no direction at the worst time in their lives. All volunteers learn that the most important thing is supporting the families as we search for their loved ones in all ways possible.
Monica Caison's leadership has allowed her to assemble a dedicated group of professionals that continues to grow and serve the mission of finding the missing. As the premier missing persons organization in the country, CUE Center for Missing Persons always exceeds expectations.

I’ve proudly served this organization and our mission since 2008 and will continue to serve as long as I am able. We recognize the epidemic of missing persons and work tirelessly to bring them home to their families. Volunteers, leadership and resources are the best nationwide. Not only do we search and work the cases, we advocate and care for the families, educate the public, and mentor youth to carry on the mission.

As a volunteer since 2008 I've seen, and taken part in, the work of this organization. What sets it apart from the other missing persons organization is the dedication and heart of it's leadership. All who volunteer their time and resources do it for every missing person case and family, regardless of the circumstances, there is no judgement, and all the missing are important.

Words are too small to describe the level of commitment to the families of the missing that all of the volunteers serve from day one until there are answers. Monica Caison's leadership is inspirational to the team, and when she puts out the call they answer. Missing loved ones are not just poster pictures or news stories, but real people, with real lives, who are missed every day by someone. Until that missing person is found, Monica and CUE are there along with them, often as the only friend or advocate they have. In the world of missing persons, CUE Center is "simply the best!"
