HopeKids is an amazing organization. Our family has been a part of HK for ten years since they launched a chapter in North TX! Shortly thereafter, I became a volunteer leading the prayer ministry team. Having the unique view of being a “client served” and “volunteer”, has filled me with great joy over the years! Being able to participate in amazing activities, while also serving deserving families in a small way, has given me replenishment and hope!

Accessia Health (previously Patient Services Inc.) has been an integral part of our family over the years, in providing support, compassionate care, and education. This non-profit provides various services to those living with life-threatening medical conditions. My son was born with such a condition, and for our family, being able to have assistance over the years to provide him with optimal medical care, has been immeasurable in value. Thank you Accessia Health for being committed to those in the Rare Patient Need community!

HopeKids has been a part of our family's life for over 5 years, and the blessings that come from being a part of such an incredible community are too many to count! We are so thankful for those who support our precious HopeKids in North Texas, and are thankful for the opportunities we receive from generous sponsors and donors, as well as the encouragement and prayer support by so many! Thank you HopeKids!

Our family has been involved with HopeKids for many years and it has truly been a blessing to us in so many ways! Having a child with a life-threatening medical condition is very daunting, financially draining, exhausting and tiring. Our lives revolve around medical appointments, procedures, treatments, surgeries, and illnesses. If affects the entire family, including parents, siblings, pets, extended family, and even friends. HopeKids has given us a chance to be involved in a community of others who truly understand the plight of our life journey, as they travel the same roads and we share a camaraderie. Financially, we are unable to go do "extras" since most of our income goes towards simple living expenses and medical expenses, and being able to attend sports events, concerts, the ballet, movies, and others is such an added joy to our lives. The prayer network of our families and those who pray for HopeKids is amazing! You always know that someone is lifting up your child in prayer to the Lord, and keeping the rest of us covered in prayer too. The connections we have made are indescribable and I am so grateful for the ministry of HopeKids. Overall, HopeKids give us HOPE, and with that HOPE, comes love, joy, rest, and peace in traveling our daily lives together!

My son was born with a life threatening immune deficiency. Our lives are not what one would consider "normal" in getting to do lots of activities outside of our home. One reason for this is purely medical, however, the other major constraint is financial. Starlight has given my son and our family many fun "great escapes" to participate in over the years. We have been able to attend the Aquarium, The Rangers baseball game, Six Flags Holiday in the Park, The Ice Show, the rodeo, parties, and most recently, we were able to attend a cooking class at Le Cordon Bleu! My family has been very blessed to get to do these fun outings, as we never would have been able to do so if not for Starlight! My son has really enjoyed every Starlight function we have attended and we are very grateful for their organization!
