This is not a good organization. The owner of this foundation is Kathryn. She told me the guidelines they require for assistance and agreed to help with vet costs. After I told my vet to go ahead and start the procedure she called the vet and said no I will not pay the 300.00 the reason-- the total bill needed to be 300. I paid 150.00 to the vet to sedate my cat and diagnosis him which he had blockage. What she said when I called her to tell her this was wrong. You cannot agreed to help someone then change your mind. I could not afford to have the procedure and had to put my cat down. He was only 5 years old and she should be ashamed of what she did. Please do not ask this place for help. She can pick and choose whom to help and I do not want any to go through what we did. ML
