north atlantic trade organization event - wbc was responsible for the organization and production of certain events in connection with meetings conducted by the north atlantic treaty organization held in chicago in may 2012. The conference was a one-time event for wbc and all substantial program services were completed during 2012. There are remaining unused funds that are to be donated to various local entities under wbc's program called "the nato legacy". There were such donations made during 2013.
