The African connection organization has been very helpful to the young unfortunate women in our community, sanitary pads is something very important to have as a women. For that we thank and appreciate this organization for that.
Since I heard about The African Connection, I made a quick research on it and so how much they try to keep a girl child in school by raising funds and donating pads to high schools, also hosting workshops with high schools and teaching learners how to type CVs and Cover letter writing. Also having mentors from the USA to guide the people working on the ground, especially in Namibia.
The African Connection Namibia is a well run NGO that assist Namibian youth to increase their marketability in the professional work environment through CV reviews and interview preparation workshop furthermore through the end period poverty program the ACN provides sanitary pads to girls in school.
I've had the incredible privilege of volunteering with "The African Connection" for the past year, and it's been an unforgettable journey filled with growth and impact. The recent newsletter perfectly encapsulates the incredible strides we've made together.

Our donation of menstrual pads to Westmont High School was another heartwarming moment. Knowing that we're taking steps to ensure that girls don't miss school due to menstrual periods is truly heartening. The warm welcome we received from the school and the enthusiasm of the students were touching.

AC is an excellent organisation. They provide fast and efficient service. They demand quality work that is above standard and that is still the case. They also provide a great working environment for volunteers.

Addressing period poverty in schools has gone a long way in helping the girl child stay in school. Our program of donating sanitary towels to schools in and around Windhoek mostly in informal settlements has been a resounding success.

We have the most understanding and amazing Boss and we have the most loving, understanding and amazing team who work so well together, i gained more experience knowledge and skills with the AC especially about Non Profit organization and what they do.
