Mission: WTA, founded in 2001 grew out of the need to combat CRIME, increase the need for GAINFUL employment for the poor and needy. WTA teaches Anger Management, Behavior Modification, self-control, computer skills and assist the at-risk, unemployed, disadvantage, ex-offenders, inner-city, and parolees, in securing GAINFUL employment.
