Program (and its sister program, project hope) is to empower homeless working families to achieve economic independence in a safe neighborhood where they and their children can thrive. W. I. S. H. & project hope work towards this mission through four (4) program areas: housing placement; family support social work; personal accountability steps/incentives; hope teams/bridges out of poverty.
