Mission: The orgnization is dedicated to crisis prevention by teaching conflict resolution skills and mentoring/tutoring programs to schools and communities. The orgzanition's teaching methodolgy utilizes interactive drama, puppetry, and professional counselors to actively engage participatnts in creating peaceful and positive solutions to conflict.
Programs: Crew (conflict resolution enrichment workshops) is designed for pre-k--elementary students, middle/high school students,parents/teachers/families, corporate & business employees. Theseworkshops utilize puppets and theater instructors in an interactivesetting, each of the original scripts has a specific focus: bullying,name-calling, peer & gang pressure, and diversity. The programs formiddle/high school students are an educational outreach program thatteaches positive conflict resolutions skills through theatre education. The programs for parent/teacher/family are focused on decreasingnegative behavior at home and in school, improving communication skillsto foster more positive interactions in both settings. For the corporate adn business emplyoees, the workshops have a wide vaiety of
