The Westwood School is full of some of the brightest minds I've yet to see! Their level of excellence and commitment to changing our community from their school campus. Amazing school, one I have yet to see elsewhere!

Mission: To provide an exceptional education to its students.
Programs: Westwood develops character, fosters community, and promotes academic excellence in a welcoming supportive environment. Our vision, as teachers and parents, is to encourage students in responsible citizenship so each can make a positive, personal contribution and actively participate in the national and global community. The organization provides a safe learning environment with a strong academic emphasis for students from preschool through the 12th grade. The curriculum of the school consists of age appropriate core instruction in math, language arts, geometry, science, history, and geography. The school also has specialized instruction in spanish, mandarin, chemistry, physics, history, english, biology, and physical education. Lower elementary students participate in gardening, philosophy, environmental science, creative writing, and library science. Upper elementary students participate in the above plus latin, robotics, engineering, theatre, sewing, and public speaking.
