This will be achieved through the provision of direct services that can provide immediate and direct client assistance coupled with wrap around and supportive services targeted to address factors leading to crisis situations and on-going client follow up.
engage - stabilizing supports provide comprehensive housing, health, and nutrition supportive services for low and moderate-income families, including those that are homeless or residing in subsidized housing, that meet their needs and offer a bridge from crisis to greater self-sufficiency.
build - resource and skill building foster comprehensive youth and adult development through child and family-centered education programs that increase the social, emotional, and educational health, as well as academic outcomes for both children (infants through young adult), and adults in low-income families. This is achieved through the implementation of a variety of education and enrichment programs that target children, adults, or children and adults together in partnership with community members, organizations, and local schools.
thrive - self-driven planning and goal attainmentprovide a range of intermediate and long-term interventions to individuals and families to assist in developing strategies to spur positive behavioral changes and measurable outcomes for low-income and financially under-served individuals and families. This is achieved through the provision of services to help participants better manage finances and achieve financial growth.
