Mission: The vietnam project is a non-profit humanitarian organization established to improve the quality of life for poor, disadvantaged, and disabled people in vietnam. We believe that the highest expression of charity is to help people to help themselves. Principal forms of assistance are micro grants for small business start-up, vocational training, and education. All recipients are personally evaluated.
