Mission: The corporation shall be organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, and scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, as now enacted or hereafter amended, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that also qualify as section 501(c)(3) exempt organizations. The corporation shall be committed to improving the health and well being of individuals and families in need. To this end, vicki's cure shall:encourage and support research and the developments of treatments and cures for various illness;support individuals, their families, and caregivers to create better access to quality healthcare for affected and in need individuals; and,expand public awareness of illness to promote earlier and accurate diagnoses by the medical community, increase the non-affected population's understanding of the illness, and encourage financial and other forms of support from public and private sources.
