Programs: Itar programs the vermont itar program is designed to retain those dislocated or underemployed workers in vermont and new hampshire by providing them with the opportunity to be educated and mentored for available positions in advanced manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, and business services. In 2017, we developed and implemented three healthcare itar programs. There were two dartmouth-hitchcock medical assistant itar programs and one dartmouth-hitchcock pharmacy technician itar program. There was also one uvm medical center surgical technician itar program. These programs served 50 students and 2 employers during 2017. Previous graduates were also served through ongoing support and mentoring during their apprenticeships.

There was also one husky injection molding cnc machinist itar programs. These programs served 33 students and 2 employers during 2017. Previous graduates were also served through ongoing support and mentoring during their apprenticeships.
