Results: United way of metropolitan south Chicago improves lives by mobilizing caring people to invest in the community where their resources are needed most. Food delivery, after school care, Pantry. Working with the whole community to bring back the environment and keep thousands fed and healthy.
Target demographics: Children, Young adults and Elderly
Geographic areas served: Chicagoland South Chicago area
Programs: Food pantry, after school program , working with local storefronts and churches to bring together supplies for families in need. We dedicate all hours of service for those destitute and cannot afford simple meals. We stay positive and maintain our environment with gardens and plants with the community. We are far from making the changes we see forth but with strong help and donations our team will be able to accomplish those things with a positive outcome for the future.
