Mission: Our mission is to responsibly mobilize and leverage community resources to create long-term changes that produce healthy, educated and financially stable individuals and families in laramie county. To do this we will: o ignite our community, and thereby mobilize people who live and work in laramie county to action to give, advocate and volunteer; o connect all sectors of society - individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations and governments - to create long term change; o raise, invest and leverage the funds to create and support innovative programs and approaches to generate sustained impact in laramie county; o continually measure improvement in laramie county in the areas of education, income and health; o hold ourselves accountable to our community.
Programs: Partnered with after school for kids, boys and girls club of cheyenne, laramie county community partnership, foster grandparents, safe harbor, a children's justice center, special friends, and prevent child abuse wyoming, to ensure that 1,938 unduplicated families in our community could help their children and youth achieve their full potential
partnered with american red cross, bethel outreach ministries, casa, cheyenne interfaith hospitality network, climb wyoming, comea, community action of laramie county, foster grandparents, greenpath, needs, recover wyoming, safehouse services, wyoming family home ownership, and wyoming senior citizens to ensure that 5,327 unduplicated families, individuals and seniors were able to live in a safe environment and access resources to their full potential.
partnered with healthworks and peak wellness center to ensure that 4,317 unduplicated individuals could receive timely, regular preventative health care.
