homeless services: homeless resource center (hrc) is a program that provides day shelter and support services for homeless adults. Family rapid rehousing (frrh) provides housing and support services for families moving from homelessness to permanent housing. Vision quest (vq) provides families with support services to prevent homelessness. Number of clients served: hrc, 2,439 individuals; vq, 118 families, and frrh, 44 families. Programs are designed to increase well-being and to assist individuals and families in moving toward a stronger sense of self-determination.
