Mission: The exempt purpose of the council is to encourage efficiency and high professional standards among its members and to promote better relations between members and the public. The council maintains offices, meeting rooms and both a physical and online plan center for contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers to enable them to network with each other, hold trainings and develop bids on available projects.
