Programs: Tree planting - planted 142 15-gallon shade trees and cared for approximately 100 trees by weeding, mulching, and pruning with the city of davis,davis joint unified school district, and private partners. Trees for tomorrow - partnered with city of west sacramento and woodland to plant 126 and 73 15-gallon shade trees. Respectively, as part of the calfire green house gas reduction federal grant. Tree care - tree davis also continued tree monitoring program partnered with pg&e to inventory approximately 1,000 young trees for vital statistics including diameter at breast height, tree height, and tree condition.
