Programs: Leaders conduct individual mentoring and teaching through the gathering of men, women at the well. And life discipleship coaching. Over 50 individual each year are mentored by the leaders. Through mens and womens conferences, marriage retreats, motivational seminars, sporting events, business and church leadership workshops, and many other speaking venues. Over 300 men come together for 12 weeks each year for fellowship and life instruction at the gathering of men lunches. Disciple-making summits two-three sessions, the leaders lay out the simple steps to life. This past year 10 or 12 summits have been completed.
