other - includes webtech programs to provide web-based educational information for members; consumer education to educate consumers on the benefits of supporting local organic growers (campaigns reached approximately --- people through media partnerships); policy programs to inform supporters of issues affecting growers; membership program activities; information services to publish the tilth producers quarterly, a research-based journal published for the benefit of members.
farm walks - educational series of 13 farm walks which blends farmer-to-farmer peer education with research support information. Farm walks were held in 11 counties across the state and attended by nearly 350 attendees, mostly farmers, both beginning and experienced.
