Mission: The mission of Therapies for Hope is to provide interdisciplinary therapy “Intensives” for children with intellectual, social, language and physical disabilities, to focus on families from historically underserved communities in the greater Denver area, to ensure those children develop the skills and confidence to reach their full potential as individuals and members of their communities, and to address the unique challenges and needs of the entire family by providing a mix of therapeutic, educational, and respite services to siblings, parents, and guardians.
Target demographics: children with special needs and their families, in the traditionally underserved population
Direct beneficiaries per year: 75 children with special needs and 50 of their siblings
Geographic areas served: the metro Denver area
Programs: week-long intensive therapy with a team of therapists
