Mission: It is the purpose of the society to stimulate interest in the history of hanover, ma by the collection, preservation and study of items of historic vlaue which shall be acquired by gift, loan or puchase; to provide a suitable repository for such records; to mark historic sites to perform such other acts as may from time to time seem desirable to promote the aims of the society
