Mission: To provide education and training for teachers planning to work in high poverty schools and to grant masters of effective teaching degrees.
Programs: Due to the organization's focused mission and small size, there is only one program. At the beginning of the year, 72 individuals were enrolled in the organization's teacher training program. Ultimately, 40 of them completed the necessary year long coursework and were hired as rookie teachers in urban schools across the u. S. Those who complete the program's second-year requirements during the 2017-18 school year will earn the master of effective teaching degree.
