housing services provides housing advocacy services to residents which include seeking and making referrals to affordable subsidized and market-rate permanent housing, and assisting residents moving into permanent housing with the first month's rent, security deposit, and household supplies. The health and housing outreach team staff make home visits and provide aftercare services to individuals who continue to suffer with physical illnesses, mental health or substance abuse recovery needs and require more intensive assistance to maintain and sustain permanent housing.
