Mission: To reduce poverty, one youth at a time, by providing a safe and supportive environment, which encourages underprivileged teens to explore their academic and business interests while developing essential leadership skills needed to compete in a 21st century technology based workforce.
Programs: Business leaders development program (formerly young urban entrepreneurs) - in school entrepreneurship education program for middle and high school youth. Assisted youth in learning the components of starting and operating a business while teaching financial literacy components.
summer enrichment - 5 week summer enrichment program for middle school youth outlining high school and college prep, green gardening and career exploration activities.
steps to success - mentoring program implementing character development curriculum to help deliver a plan for following and achieving goals for high school and college.
