Mission: Tamarack wellness center is a non profit organization that offers contemporary and traditional aquatic approaches to wellness for all ages and abilities. Tamarack provides rehabilitation programs, therapeutic interventions, and wellness and preventative care with a focus on sustainable practices, placing community at the center of health an well being.
Programs: Provide aquatic therapy to disabled persons and others in a 92 degree warm water therapeutic pool. Benefits include increased joint mobility, muscle flexibility, improvement in endurance, increased muscle strength and tone, improvement in circulation and respiration, a decrease in pain and a general feeling of wellness.
