Mission: The Washington Sculpture Center (WSC) promotes the teaching of sculpture in glass, metal and stone; promotes the placement of sculptures in public places in the DC Metro area; and promotes cultural and artistic exchanges with artists nationally and internationally.
Programs: 1. Classes and workshops in glass, metal and stone directed primarily to the adult population. 2. Public demonstrations to raise awareness of these traditional sculptural crafts. 3. Conferences and seminars in special topics related to sculptural crafts.
