Causes: Chambers of Commerce & Business Leagues
Mission: The purpose is to provide members with information and services relating to the importing, manufacture and distribution of sunglasses.
Programs: Investigating, studying, discussing and informing members of matters of common interest, especially as it relates to freight rates, duties, import taxes customs and usages of sunglasses, the importing manufacture and distribution of sunglasses, the development of meaningful products standards and safety regulations for non-prescription, over-the-counter sunglasses and reading glasses. In addition, acts as an agent in the united states for member and non-member sunglass importers as required by the united states customs agency.
