On June 15,1997 I had a ruptured brain aneurysm. The doctors gave me a less than 5% chance to live, and they said that I would never walk or talk again. I am doing both. Then on June 15, 1999 I gave birth to our son TJ after they said that I would never have children. I know that God is the reason I’m still here.

I have personally interacted with and have come to know Sheri Frazier to be a very kind and determined person. Though the charity she started, Stroke Support of Texas, is a new organization, Sheri seems to be very determined to achieve her goals. The future plans she and her advisors have for this charity are impressive and will most certainly be a great benefit to those who have suffered from a stroke and have become disabled.

I've started Stroke Support of Texas with the hopes of helping out other stroke survivors. We offer stroke support and various resources to help stroke survivors. 13 years ago I suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm. The doctors only gave me a 5% chance to live and they said that I would never walk or talk again. I am doing both. Two years to the date of my accident later, I gave birth to our son, TJ, after they said that I would never have children.. I am starting this non-profit as my way of giving back. I need seed money to get it started in the right way.
