Mission: St. Phillips seeks to develop programs that intervene those social conditions that intercept with high concentrations of specific populations to create and compound problems that develop into patterns that destroy individuals, families and communities. Through our efforts, we seek to raise the quality of life for low-income families by developing collaborative relationships, partnerships and programs that enhance and enrich the lives in our community through education, parenting, and social services.
