St. Peter's health partners provides oversight and support to its tax-exempt subsidiaries which serve a number of diverse communities throughout the greater capital region of upstate new york. These subsidiaries provide a vast array of hospital services, senior care and services, rehabilitation, specialty services and senior living options. St. Peter's health partners governs, manages, and provides long-range strategic planning, financial, legal and other expertise and support services to its subsidiaries.
