Programs: General medicine: coordinated care is provided for patients in both an outpatient and inpatient setting, in which care is managed by hospitalists. Emphasis is also placed on health promotion and disease prevention. Preventive and healthy living medical education, routine care of common medical illnesses and ongoing management and coordination of care for complex disease states is provided.
