Mission: A nonprofit, community-based organization of volunteers and staff committed to providing access to quality health care services to low income uninsured residents of front royal and warren county. The clinic is a free clinic providing chronic and acute care.
Programs: Provide medical and dental care to warren county residents who are indigent and uninsured. During 2015, slcc served 744 unduplicated patients and conducted 3,190 medical visits and 1,289 labs/xray/patient eduction sessions. Mental health services were provided to 71 patients with 268 mental health visits. Slcc provides 35 hours per week of physician assistant or physician availability. The clinics income eligibility guideline is 250% of the federal poverty level.
