Mission: St. Lillian academy (sla) is a private christian special-education school. It partners therapists with its teachers in order to integrate therapeutic intervention and psychological support into its educational program. The curriculum design, instruction, and therapeutic support are based primarily on the individualized needs, difference and learning abilities of each child. This holistic approach encourages dignity, acceptance, trust, and love for each child while they are being prepared for a productive and interactive life.
Programs: Full time education program: sla provides individualized special education and resources for children with speech language disorders and other special needs. Sla offers specialized instruction for children aged 4-13 in a standard school setting. For the year ending 7/31/2017, sla provided education and resources to 33 students.
