Programs: Adult program- provided adults with career development assistance led by individual case managers. Provided access to numerous programs enabling reception of education or customized training.
youth program- provided a community based system for youth participants to enhance academic achievement, develop leadership & civic responsibility, & provide access to education & training to foster career success in the future.
dislocated worker- provided services that focus on preparing individuals to find a suitable new job if the individual has been laid off or notified that a layoff is coming through no fault of the individual.
