Programs: Part iii, line 28. Youth program-in 2017 the organization helped somali youth for providing youth programs for 269 households such as after school homework help, sports-based events and educational seminars and conferences for parents to help our youth stay away crime and increase their school graduation rates in our community
part iii, line 29. Provide housing assistance, find health and welfare resources, provide referrals to social service agencies, and help with funeral arrangements. - in 2017, the organization helped 346 families and 188 individuals to get accesses to health and human services programs by either referring them or helping them to fill out and submit all the required paper works and documents
part iii, line 30. Elderly nutrition program - in 2016 the organization provided lunches for elderly and destitute immigrants. These were made possible by volunteers of more than 48 individuals, and we have helped more than 560 elders and their families.
