The sixth grantee was wa state smile partners, offering oral health services to children from low income households in south king and kitsap counties. The seventh grantee was youth eastside services (yes), helping with critical youth education and prevention programs.

The fourth grant was awarded to community day school association, which operates enrichment learning programs for pre-schoolers. The fifth grant was for renton area youth and family services' program to increase high school graduation. The sixth grant went to seattle education access' (sea) college success program. The seventh grant was for treehouse's education engagement program. The eighth grant was for year up's program that trains and connects low income youth to livable wage jobs in the information technology sector. The ninth grant was awarded to vietnamese friendship association's (vfa) academic lifeline programs, which provide after school, saturday, and summer programs to over 200 low-income immigrant and refugee students. The tenth grant was awarded to bellevue schools foundation's sammamish leads program, an eight-day intensive summer program that engages students in problem-based learning alongside teachers and industry professionals.
