Mission: The organization strives to support the creation and production of meaningful, powerful, and commercially viable works of female writers, composers, directors, and actors. In addition to the promotion of the inclusion of theatrical works by women into the mainstream audience, and prove to industry professionals that producing theatre by women is imperative to the orgabization's collective artistic livelihood and legacy. The orgainzation continues to fight for equal opportunity, access, pay, and representation of female creatives on broadway, off-broadway, and across the country.
