Mission: The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized are to operate exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes, either directly or by contributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c) (3) of the internal revenue code and its regulations as the now exist or as the may hereafter be amended, and to engage in any all lawful activities incidental to the foregoing purposes, except as restricted herein.
Programs: Servant's heart foundation is a grant making organization providing financial assistance to other organizations exclusively for charitable purposes. Its focus is on small to medium sized charities that provide assistance to people in need with an emphasis on children, education and healthcare. During 2014, the organization made sizable grants to provide assistance to children in need of shelter or educational support and along with many grants to food banks or food panties in the communities where our employees live and work ($25,000)
