Causes: Labor Unions
Mission: The organization's mission is to improve the terms and conditions of employment of all its members, to represent such members in collective bargaining matters pursuant to the national labor relations act; to secure adequate compensation for members services; to secure equitable settlement of member grievance disputes; and to engage in such other services and programs as from time to time that the association deems are in the best interest of its members.
Programs: During the course of the year, the organization has held meetings to handle member greivances, discussed employment conditions with members, and tried to assist members who have fallen upon hard times due to medical conditions or economic reasons.
