Results: It is important to SRC that every person, regardless of physical limitations, has a place where they can thrive and achieve their personal goals, while improving their overall health. SRC's emphasis is to provide a safe, comfortable environment for the physically challenged to work out, attend classes, participate in informational seminars, enjoy fellowship, relax and have fun. SRC believes it is equally important to extend and provide the same services to the families and caregivers of the disabled

Programs: total accessible fitness equipment that caters to our seniors and disabled community. We offer fitness classes that promote independence for all through balance, range of motion and flexibility, along with strength building. SRC provides a wide range of services and activities for persons of all ages and ability levels, such as arts & crafts, games, movies, massage therapy, and more. SRC also gives back to its local community by way of daily food donations, and hosting free outdoor events such as car shows, carnivals, concerts, and movies in the parking lot throughout the summer.
