Mission: To provide residential, non-residential, habilitation and community-based home and home care services throughout the scioto county, ohio area to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Programs: The organization is a certified medicaid individual option waiver provider of home and community-based services operating 14 homes licensed by the ohio department of developmental disabilities. Provided homemaker, personal care and transportation services for 48 individuals residing in these homes. Also provided adult day support and vocational habilitation services including non-medical transportation for 34 other individuals. The organization is also certified to provide medicaid institutional respite services to individuals with developmental disabilities, non-medicaid respite services, and medicaid supported living services. Respite or supported living services were provided to 3 individuals during the 2017 year.
