Mission: To establish and maintain in perpetuity a comprehensive archive and library housing the various expressions of thought that have emanated in the development of the teaching known as the "science of mind"
Programs: The science of mind archives & library foundation is the repository for the science of mind teaching. Accomplishments for three largest archives programs would include: library component - basic library collection has been expanded with donations of historic books and with new special books displays; books continue to be inputted in the new small library database. Conducted tours continue. Special tours are available and can be scheduled on request. Metal bookshelves have been acquired and installed to better preserve our rare and special books. Archives component the archival collection has been enhanced with the addition of new artifacts from the home of our founder (ernest and hazel holmes) as well as papers and documents from religious science ministers and contributors. Archival artifacts such as dr. Ernest holmes honorary doctorates have been reframed and preserved. Photos from the religious science movement are being organized and stored in archival quality material. Radio talks from the 1940s and 50s have been digitized and now available on itunes and amazon. Website component - redesigned and expanded website services. Now the websiteprovides a new shopping cart feature to increase access to scholars, students, congregants and the general public worldwide.
